In the event you would like to return a product purchased from us, please read our policy below before contacting us. Please note, this only applies to purchases made on our website. If you have purchased from us on another marketplace, please follow their return procedure.
Change of Mind Returns
From the date of delivery of your order, you have 30 days to contact us to arrange a return of the goods if you no longer require them or have changed your mind. You will be responsible for sending the goods back to us at the address we provide using a trackable delivery service, and you will have to pay for the cost of sending the goods back. The goods should be sent back in the original condition. If goods are received damaged, we reserve the right to refund partially to take into account the reduced value of the goods. From the date you inform us you would like to return, you have 14 days to send the items to us.
Faulty/Damaged Order Returns
If your order arrives in sub-standard condition, we will be happy to issue you with a refund or a replacement within 30 days of delivery. If required, you may have to send back the damaged item(s). We will cover the cost of shipping back to us, or provide you with a free return label. When we receive the order back, you will be refunded in full providing the item(s) are damaged. If the item(s) are not damaged, you will be be refunded minus the cost of return postage.
