Five large A1 (59.4 × 84.1 cm) 2D and 3D shapes posters presented in clear muted colours which have been shown to aid focus and concentration, especially for autistic children. These posters can be used to help develop maths skills in recognising shapes and their simple characteristics. The words and numbers on these posters are written in the Open Dyslexic (opendyslexic.org) font to increase readability for dyslexic users.
These posters show the names of a variety of 2D & 3D shapes, along with the number of sides or faces they have. These are an ideal resource for the classroom or home to encourage children to begin exploring shapes and naming them along with the number of sides/faces. These posters also help children learn to differentiate 2D and 3D shapes. This product is primarily aimed at younger children learning the basics, and does not include more complicated aspects such as angles and vertices.
